Hello, I'm very happy to have found this forum. I love Transarctica, and have been playing since about 2000.
I still play it to this day on my Amiga 1200 and WinUAE

A remake of the game would be amazing! :D

Welcome aboard, though the forum is often quiet, it is nice to see new members.

Thank you.
I noticed it was quiet!
I am just happy to be here and hopefully can help out with my knowledge of the game :)

Hey, nice to meet you :D .

(It just struck me that we actually would need locomotive-smilies if that exists... )

Yes, the quietness is bad and I cannot bring up enough energy to make the programming happen all by myself.
That may change but at the moment I cannot promise anything - sorry!
(Im learning a new gui / graphics framework at the moment - maybe it will be sufficient for what we need... I don't know yet.
The libraries so far need much work to get something done.)

When you and others are joining I always have the hope that one day we have enough 'critical mass' to make it happen all together. :)
